Cookies. Cookies are small data files that are downloaded onto your computer or mobile device when you use our Services, which are unique to your device or account. Cookies make it easier for you to use our Services by saving your preferences so that we can use these to improve your next and subsequent visits to the Services - for example, remembering your session, purchases, pages viewed, application settings, and configuration choices. Cookies help us learn which areas of our Services are useful and which areas need improvement. Cookies may be either persistent or temporary (session) cookies. A persistent cookie retains user preferences for a particular website, app or service, allowing those preferences to be used in future sessions and remains valid until its set expiry date (unless deleted by the user before the expiry date). A temporary cookie, on the other hand, will expire at the end of the user session, when the web browser is closed.
You can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your browser or device. For more information regarding your choices with respect to cookies and other tracking technologies, please see "Your Rights and Choices Regarding Your Information" below. However, if you choose to disable this function, your experience with our Services may be impaired and some features may not work as they were intended. When we use cookies or other similar technologies, we may set the cookies ourselves or ask third parties to do so to help us.
Pixels, Web Beacons. We or our third party partners may use invisible pixels or beacons on our Services for various purposes, e.g., to count how many users access or use certain pages, features, or content. We may use this information to improve our current offerings, develop new products or services, and target information to you that may be helpful and useful to you based upon your use of our Services.
We share non-Personal Information with third parties at our discretion. We do not sell your Personal Information. In connection with the Services, we may share your Personal Information with certain third parties including those we engage to help us run our business and provide the Services, and others where it is required by law, needed to protect our interests and those of others, avoid public harm and/or as expedient to assist Raheem and its business interests, including under the following circumstances:
Service providers. We use service providers to operate our software and infrastructure, in particular providers which host, store, manage, and maintain our Services, its content and the data we process. This includes hosting providers, communications service providers, and marketing service providers.
Data analytics providers. We will share your Personal Information to create general data analytics regarding usage of our Services on an aggregate basis and without personal identifiers for the purpose of deriving learning insights as well as for marketing purposes.
Legal authorities. We will share your Personal Information only in order to comply with our legal obligations, including to respond to mandated legal process such as a search warrant or a court order. This language is standard and required by law, however we will only comply with these obligations under mandated enforcement, and will work with the user(s) to establish a safety protocol if this occurs.
Emergency. We do not monitor requests made in the Services in real-time and Raheem's staff are not mandated reporters. However, we may disclose your information in certain emergency circumstances, including where we believe doing so is necessary to prevent imminent and serious bodily harm to a person, or when we are mandated by law.
Buyer, successor of our business, or our affiliates. We will share your Personal Information with any buyer or successor of Raheem, its affiliates, or its or their assets in the event of a merger, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of title, assets or data.
Marketing Preferences. We support the right of visitors to choose. If we collect Personal Information that could be used to provide you with marketing information, you will be given the right to opt-out of receiving any promotional materials about Raheem or its partners. If you do not opt-out at that time, but later decide that you do not wish to receive future communications of this nature, you can contact us as set forth under "How to Contact Us" above, indicating that you no longer want to receive information relating to the Services. Even if you opt-out of receiving marketing messages, we may still contact you for transactional or administrative purposes. If you later opt back into getting marketing communications from us, we will remove your information from our opt-out databases.
Cookies. As noted above in "Tracking Technologies," you can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your browser or device. However, if you choose to disable cookies, your experience with our Services may be impaired and some features may not work as they were intended. Some web browsers include a "do not track" setting. These features are not yet uniform, however, so we do not currently respond to such features or signals. Therefore, if you select or turn on a "do not track" feature in your web browser, we and our third-party providers may continue collecting information about your online activities as described in this Privacy Policy.

Deleting/Revoking Access to your Personal Data.
Raheem will retain your Personal Information in accordance with our document retention policies and for the length of time required by applicable law. Unless you delete your account, Raheem has the right to maintain your Personal Information and other data associated with your account and your activity on the Sites and Services. If you wish for Raheem to return or destroy your Personal Information or data, you must submit a request. Simply removing the mobile application from your phone will not remove Personal Information from Raheem's system. To submit such a request, please contact us through one of the methods listed under "How to Contact Us" above.
Deleting Personal Information associated with your account may not delete Personal Information maintained by organizations to which you belong. Administrators of organizational accounts may delete organizational accounts by contacting us and allowing a minimum of 10 days.

Our Services are not directed to nor intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13) years (a "Child" or "Children"). By using our Services, you represent that you are at least thirteen (13) years old. If you do not meet this age requirement, then you must not access or use our Services or provide any information to us. We do not knowingly collect information from Children. To the extent that you wish to exercise any rights under HIPAA, you should review the Notice of Privacy Practices of the relevant covered entity and/or contact such entity.
